Jerry Follen informs me that: "This looks like an Otis #1
machine with an internal/external gear arrangement. It looks like a single speed
AC motor and it definitely has an AC 'oil pot' brake. It is located somewhere in Missouri
as I can see the inspection tag on the side of the controller." Thank you Jerry!
