Basement bucket elevator made by the Jeffrey Manufacturing Company of Columbus, Ohio, U.S.A.

Speaking of trash duty...this sidewalk elevator with a winding-drum machine was
put out of service because the handle of this trash bin caught a lip in the hoistway.
